Refund policy

We perform a thorough quality check on all our products before dispatching them. However, in case the product you receive is not in perfect condition, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

The wrong product is delivered.
The product is received in a damaged condition.

Return Process

Our return policy is valid within 48 hours of receiving the product for the following reasons: damaged product or incorrect product.

Please email us images and a video of the damaged or incorrect item at artisanalindiastudio@gmail.com. Our Quality Control team will review the case and determine the eligibility for a return.

A replacement will be offered only if the product is in stock. Else, we will issue a credit note for the same amount, redeemable at our online store.

Please Note:

This is a handcrafted product, minor inconsistencies are to be expected. These are inherent to all handmade items, and we do not offer refunds for such variations. Zoomed-in photos of small spots, hairline cracks, or marks will not be considered.

Our policy does not support monetary refunds. Refunds can only be issued in the form of a product replacement or a credit note for our online store.

CANCELLATION

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases, please email us at artisanalindiastudio@gmail.com to discuss cancellation options.

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the return policy.
