Shipping policy

We typically dispatch orders within 4-5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email.

Delivery time: orders will be delivered within 5-7 days after dispatch

Shipping charges are calculated based on standard domestic delivery times (Approx 5 to 7 days from dispatch).

We are currently accepting international orders via email only, as our website cannot accurately calculate shipping estimates for international destinations. International customers can email us at artisanalindiastudio@gmail.com, and we will assist with processing orders. 

For orders within India, you can place your order directly through our online store.

For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and the destination country(Approx 15-20 days from dispatch).

Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties or delivery charges that may apply.
